"I passed by my local Harley Dealership and drove an hour and a half to purchase my new bike through Performance HD. Not only did they offer me top dollar for my trade, but they did not play games with the numbers either. My salesman Chris worked with Bruno to tell me the exact figures in a quote. Before I purchased the bike I checked other dealers to make sure they were not bumping up the price on the new bike to cover the difference on my trade. They actually beat other dealers price even when I told others that I was paying cash with no trades. During the signing, all of the numbers matched exactly what I was quoted without any games. They also delived my bike and picked up my trade free of charge due to an injury I had that kept me from riding at the time of purchase. Great job guys. Thank you for the great experience!"

"Walked in at 5:45 on a Friday night with wing ding going on just down the street, they close at 6:00. By 6:15 I was the proud owner of my first Harley! "All the folks in the Service Dept were very friendly and helpful. I had very bad experiences from another Harley Dealer up north with poor service. The bike was in 3 times for an issues that they were not able to repair. Your staff had the issue fixed in 5 minutes replacing a faulty switch under warranty. "Took my bike up last friday to have cruise control installed and an oil change. Not only was the install price VERY reasonable, but the work was done on time. And to my surprise, when I picked up my bike the next day, it had been washed and detailed, no extra charge. Its nice in this day and age to get cool surprises like that. The place was clean, neat, and well staffed. You guys ( And girls, have to be fair) are the BEST !"

" Went to the open house at Geneva. Was dissapointed. Made the drive to Performance, and bought a bike that afternoon. "Hello Dave, Almost two years ago to this day, my '98 XLH suffered a major and somewhat unusual transmission failure and in the process, damaged several lower end engine parts.With your assistance in obtaining the needed parts from H-D,combined with Tony's outstanding technical/mechanical skills and probably some of your own deep knowledge of H-D powerplants as well, you provided a nearly total engine rebuild that has run flawlessly for the last two years and thousands of miles.
