The bike was in 3 times for an issues that they were not able to repair. Your staff had the issue fixed in 5 minutes replacing a faulty switch under warranty. "Took my bike up last friday to have cruise control installed and an oil change. Not only was the install price VERY reasonable, but the work was done on time. And to my surprise, when I picked up my bike the next day, it had been washed and detailed, no extra charge. Its nice in this day and age to get cool surprises like that. The place was clean, neat, and well staffed. You guys ( And girls, have to be fair) are the BEST !"

Almost two years ago to this day, my '98 XLH suffered a major and somewhat unusual transmission failure and in the process, damaged several lower end engine parts.With your assistance in obtaining the needed parts from H-D,combined with Tony's outstanding technical/mechanical skills and probably some of your own deep knowledge of H-D powerplants as well, you provided a nearly total engine rebuild that has run flawlessly for the last two years and thousands of miles. Not one problem of any kind. Great service, to say the least!
