ABOUT OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

At Performance Harley-Davidson, the emphasis is on getting you out of the shop and back on the road. We have 10 factory-trained technicians that are available 6 days a week for repairs, maintenance, and custom installations. We've invested heavily in equipping our shop with the latest training, literature, tools, and equipment that are only available to authorized Harley-Davidson dealerships.

When your bike is at Performance Harley-Davidson's Service Department for the recommended service intervals (1K, 5K, 10K, 20K miles etc.)your bike will be carefully serviced using the absolute guidelines generated by Harley-Davidson Motor Company. We follow these guidelines in an effort to keep your bike in top working condition.

Whether you need regular maintenance, major repairs, high performance upgrades, or expert Dyno Tuning service, our PHD staff of technicians has the technical knowledge and the experience to keep your motorcycle safe reliable and running at its absolute best.

Service Department Hours are:

Monday:             9 am - 6 pm
Tuesday:            9 am - 6 pm
Wednesday:      9 am - 8 pm
Thursday:           9 am - 8 pm
Friday:                9 am - 6 pm
Saturday:           9 am - 4 pm
Sunday:              CLOSED

HARLEY-DAVIDSON TECHNICIAN OVERVIEW

Technician recognition is Harley-Davidson Motor Company's exclusive way of spotlighting our commitment to the value of employee training, continuous learning, and customer satisfaction.

This program recognizes and rewards knowledge, skill, and loyalty with the objective of improving customer satisfaction.

For the dealer, it's a snapshot that reflects their service department's ability. For the technician, it's a career path.

For the customer, those arm patches are reassurance that their Harley-Davidson is in the care of the best Factory Trained Technicians possible.

The central elements of the program are: Technician Recognition Patches and a PERSONAL Portfolio to track COURSE COMPLETIONS AND AWARDS. Upon completion of a training class, a course insert will be provided for the portfolio. Classes taken in the past will also be recognized in the portfolio. Technician Skill Level Classifications are based on years of experience, skill-based training and dealership performance. Technicians are classed into one of five skill levels

The Five skill levels are:

  • Staff
  • Technician
  • Expert
  • Master
  • Master of Technology
    Each level is recognized in the individual's portfolio, the dealership recognition wall plaque, and on uniform arm patches.
